We often get requests for workout suggestions whether it be from existing EE clients, people outside of Austin who want workout recommendations, or even other trainers who want to implement some of what we do at Efficient Exercise.  This page can be a resource for various workout programs and themes.  The common thread here is that these workouts are brief (under 30 minutes), effective, efficient, intense, and can typically be adapted to most fitness levels and available equipment.
